You should be able to tow 5,000-7,000 lbs safely, but much more importantly, you should determine how much your Bronco will STOP! A Bronco, like most vehicles will actually tow far, far more weight than they should, but those same vehicles may not be able to safely stop the same load in a reasonable distance. If you're going to tow a trailer that weighs more than 6,000-7,000 pounds, you will be best off if the trailer has brakes and you have a trailer brake controller (works with your brake pedal or you can apply trailer brakes separately).
