Atheists, what do you mean by RISE in rise of atheism in your last convention ?

I don't know what convention you are talking about, and I most certainly do not know what specific person/speech you are quoting BUT based on the wording a "rise in atheism" it is my opinion that they meant a rise in numbers - more atheists. That's all.
