Can Earthquakes alter Atomic Clocks, other things controlled by Satellites?

Has the recent earthquake in Japan caused problems with the atomic clocks. Mine went haywire? It did not reset for daylight savings time, so I reset it, then yesterday it was off 6+ hours, thought maybe the batteries. I hadn't gotten around to changing the batteries and just noticed it is accurate again? No one touched it or moved it since I reset it. Anyone else experienced weird things since the quake.
