Where is the best place in Mexico/Caribbean to vacation? (3 guys looking for girls/extracurriculars)?

What I mean is, I haven't taken a proper vacation since 2004 and I really, and I mean REALLY- need to party. I'm into House music/Dance clubbing and the whole culture surrounding it if you know what I mean. For example, my dream vaca would be to Miami's Winter Music Conference...I love Hispanic women too and I would preferably like a place that is not tainted with TOO many Americans but also is a party destination. My other two buddies are coming as well and we all live in Vegas, around 28 yrs old. Any suggestions on all inclusive vacations are welcome. I take your advice seriously!
