I was thinking of creating my own style & clothes (kind of like a trademark). Will people laugh?

So far I am wearing bold colored nail polish & I am writing stuff on my shirts (I have a whole list of ideas) & I am making my own vintage pins and bags. I wouldn't want to look stupid but I really hate it when poeple all like the same things and dress the same (like with totes & Victoria's Secret)
