That's very interesting, i see white erflies every where too, but maybe that's because it's summer. I know the cold feeling you get though. It's like someone just poured an invisible bucket of ice water over your head, but it chills your bones more than your body. I'm not sure what are the other signs, but i know what you're talking about.
