Where could I have gotten sick from and what is my illness?

I major cleaned my room and moved a ton of furniture which kicked up mes of dust, and the next day my sinuses and throat hurt. I didn't leave the house or come in contact with anyone that was sick, but somehow what I thought was an irritation turned into a disease. It developed from a sore throat and stuffy nose to a runny nose to a really hacking cough kind of like a mild bronchitis, and I have no idea what I might have. Is it possible for diseases to lie dormant to later infect the hosts, and what do you think I have? Ive been sick for about 4 days now, and I'm in the coughing stage. Also, my voice is shot.
