North america and central america want to take a world cup spot away from south america.. fair?

That's right... north americans and central americans are asking FIFA to take away a world cup spot from south america for the next world cup... do you think that's fair? I think the only good team from north america and central america is the U.S.... sorry but all the other teams from north america and central america are inferior to Uruguay, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Colombia, etc.. I really hope nobody gets offended because of what I'm saying.... if you think differently I respect your opinion... so tell me, do you think that's fair or unfair?
