Ladies with irregular cycles?

i have irregular cycles i never know when they will show up. on top of it all i had a tilted uterus to the back which i was told i would have a harder time conceiving. I didnt though :) i had a lil trouble cuz i didnt know when i was ovulating so i bought an ovulation test kit and when it said i was ovulating i got down to buisness the next month i was preggers... now im 21 weeks
