Is the bible true? Inaccurcies in the bible?

I guess it depends on which gospels and/or testaments you are looking at. Starting with the oldest writings, and uming you are an English reading Christian, the text you are reading was translated form Aramaic to Greek, from Greek to Latin, copied by illiterate scribes for a few centuries, and then translated from Latin to English. Add to this that the contents of the modern Bible was voted on by a committee at the Council of Nicea. Are there inaccuracies in the Bible? Only if you believe men are fallible.
